the staff explained to the lady at the front desk that i work through the night. she ensured i got my room as soon as possible. i arrived at the hotel at 12pm and checked into my room at 14:00 pm. this was great service from the lady on reception.
the shutters on the windows weren't exactly easy to move. the biggest issue i found was the bed. the mattress couldn't have been more than 5 or 6 inches deep and i could feel every spring.

I found great value for money. the room was warm and clean with good linen and towels. the location worked well for me. the check-in process was straightforward. I liked that.
The car park had a slight manure smell . This was noticeable. it wasn't overwhelming but it was present .

Charming Stay with Unexpected Touches

The surrounding gardens were beautiful. A leisurely stroll proved a real pleasure. The driveway had a rustic appearance, giving it real character, almost reminiscent of a French chateau. Walking into the hotel reception, I noticed a scent. It is similar to what you get from budget hotels. The staff greeted us with smiles, and a security guard stood at the door. This really settled any nerves.
The potholes in the car park are not a good sight, they can do serious damage to your car even at low speed.

The staff offered prompt assistance with a smile. They were available at the reception 24 hours a day. Staff members assisted with directions to local attractions, showing genuine care, and also facilitated a smooth check-in process. I was happy with their support.

Check-in was easy, and the staff accommodated my request for a quiet room.
The room I received was quite disappointing. The carpet was stained, and the bathroom had a noticeable musty smell. the promised high-speed internet was basically unusable. I could barely load a simple webpage (it was SO frustrating).
